The use of the website and placing orders at Foline BV are reserved for persons aged 18 years and older.

Placing an order
Always make sure when placing an order that you listed the correct address information. Unfortunately we can not check all address data if they are correct. If we notice that not all data is entered correctly, we will contact you via email or telephone. Always use your correct contact details.

Mail Focus Planet
It's possible that our mails will end up in your spam box. Therefore, carefully check if you received an order or confirmation email from us. We always send you a confirmation email with the information applies. Should the Focus Planet mails end up in your spam folder highlight our email address as "not spam" so that you will always receive our emails.

We have about 4000 products in our range. Thus, there is plenty of choice. Unfortunately, it can happen sometimes that a product in your order is out of stock. Our system normally indicates whether something is in stock or not. It could happen that a product show on stock on the website but isn't on stock in our wharehouse. We will always seek contact in this case and find an appropriate solution. We always make sure that our range is completed.

Order status
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order status depending on which payment method you used.

Waiting for payment:
You have chosen a bank transfer or cash by mail. Once we have received your payment, we will change the status to Payment received

Payment Received:
You have chosen to directly pay your order. Order status immediately indicates whether the payment is received. Unfortunately, this technology can go wrong sometimes. It can in some cases prevent the status has not changed in spite that the payment has been accomplished. We check every day the orders and / or not paid. If we notice that the payment has been processed we will put it manually receive payment. If this does not happen please contact us.

We will change the status to shipped when the package leaves our warehouse. You will receive a track & trace code within a day.
